We will remember them
Canadian flags against blue, blue sky. Poppy pins on jackets. Men in uniform. Beautiful green wreaths. A parade. A Cenotaph. Birds cheering. Pipers playing Scotland the Brave. The whole of my little northern cirty reciting in low tones,
''We will remember them.''
